When fitting a bash ring, do you choose a size equivalent to the big ring that you're removing (i.e. 42 / 44 tooth) or to match the size of the middle ring?

    Cheers.

Go for one that near enough matches the middle ring (though obviously it needs to be a bit bigger).

Cheers, that seemed the obvious answer to me, but since there are big ones available (44t) it started to make me think that my assumption was wrong.

    😕

Solarider. I'm after a bash for a double ring setup. Your ad suggests it's designed for a single ring setup, or am I reading that wrong?

I went for a double/bash ring set up. Initially had a 32t middle, so got the corresponding bash (ethirteen supercharger) which was fine. Then I changed for a 34t middle and the bash ring is still big enough, it actually doesnt clog up as much with mud now.

Looks like the 32t and 34t bash are the same size 104mm or is that the PCD of the bolt holes?

Sod's law that all the 7 quid E13 superchargers on CRC are 5 hole! Just my luck!
