how high are your bars relative to your saddle and what type of riding do you do?

running mine about equal at the moment but getting some lower back pain. thinking of buying some high rise bars, they are for a 140mm trail bike, figure they will improve the ride on the downs but not sure if it will sacrifice traction in the turns

i run mine about equal height for all round riding, with bars much higher climbing would be grim.
