    I can’t remember the section from Barden Rd to Bolton Abbey, haven’t done it for a few years.

    Go through the gate follow the track up and over the hill
    down the cows hooves which will be hard as concrete
    follow track into woods
    reappear in B A

    only a complete fool could get lost here
