    Hi
Travelling to Barcelona for a week. Should i take my bike ? i’m looking for decent ‘enduro’ trails/descents ! nothing easy (definitely not XC! ) 🙂 (more like Finale Ligure or San Remo)
    I found few https://www.trailforks.com/region/barcelona/?lat=41.319675&lon=1.922995&z=12&m=trailforks

I saw that there was even DH race many years ago, but what about trails? are they maintained ?

trails are pretty natural.basic maintenance but dont expect berms and features.most of them are short as there’s simply not much elevation.
lots of climbing to get anywhere.
there are some great sections but mostly hidden, the trailforks page shows about 50% of what there is.
la poma is great, about 30min by train then a 20min bike ride.

Great trails around Igualada to the north which are used for a 3 day UCI stage race – gps files on Volcat website.

Only just seen this so sorry if you’ve already been. Some great enduro trails at Santa Coloma Der Farners near Girona (just over an hour North of Barcelona). Also DH/enduro at Osor, a bit further on.
