    He does leap around a lot; can imagine one of his dance moves would be fairly dangerous if you were in the vicinity

    You have my sympathies, I am also in plaster due to running out of talent.
    Get some books to read. I have been two weeks without any load bearing on my right leg, a royal PITA.

    Sympathies OP.

    Just had 6 weeks out of action with a broken 1st metatarsal (lumberjacking accident!)

    Say off it as much as possible.

    Aches a bit when you come back into cycling but think it will be fine after another month

    5th is better than 1st (5th not weight bearing)

    2 is worse than 1 break! 🙁
