Got back froma ride yesterday and I'm now suffering excruiating pain around the bottom of my shoulder blade. No impacts or anything, can move my arm ok without pain but if I try to get up from lying down or tur to my right I get a shouting pain. Don't think I've pulled anything was thinking more trapped nerve.

Anyone had anything similar or can advise what could be the problem.
