    Some of you may have seen that I’ve been off the bike for a bit, first with a buggered wrist, then this last two weeks with a bizarre headache thing going on.

    Tonight, I’ve had a very short ride in the peaks. I feel incredible.

    Some tiny aches and pains in the head but otherwise ok.

    It’s good to be back :oD

    So….a pootle. The plan is forming…..
