  • Back brace for manual work, mid back chronic pain

    I have a physical job and have back problems that arise after a prolonger period of work. The pain is mid back, between and below the shoulder blades.

    I was looking into the option of wearing some kind of brace but I honestly have no idea which ones might be any use. Does anyone have experience of them and able to offer suggestions? I have done chiro (biggest mistake so far), NHS physio, massage therapist and the problem’s still there.

    Vulkan. I occassionally use the one for lower back. Not sure if that works for mid back but different versions
