    41 soon,self-employed but looking to escape this year.skills include communication/sales/problem solving/sales/closing techniques/great negotiator,did i mention sales skills…

    what should i do next? id like to earn a decent living for once/weekends off/happy to travel/live in the east coast of scotland…is there much sales things in aberdeen? do i need to re-train/uni etc.
    off shore a possibility? no experience but could do it i spose…

    any tips gratefully received…ill even put it into the right forum!

    Sell something you enjoy selling. If your good at selling you can sell yourself to a company who wants sales people and you can pick one that sells stuff you like.

    Do what your good at, unless you can fund yourself for a few years to retrain and can retrain into an area that needs staff, Id not try to retrain.

    car sales …. seems to be popular down in dundee for that skillset

    If you have been self employed for years how would you go about proving you are good at sales? Just wondering like.
