I have got a CK Devolution headset.

Want it run a full 1.5″ steerer through it but it is set up for 1, 1/8th at the mo.

Can I press the central bit out to make it up to the 1.5″ size?

Looks as though it can but b*gger me, I cant shift it!

Whole point of a devolution headset is to put a 1 1/8th headset into a 1.5 steerer tube. IF you want to run 1.5″ forks (and you don’t, believe me), you need a 1.5″ headset.

Why don’t you want to run 1.5 forks?

Just re-read my post – came across a bit wrong; the q is for hongeorge not meant for the OP. Genuinely don’t know why 1.5 is a bad idea?
