take 2 bike manufactures that tend to make frames from cheese and you get

Cut and paste from a Marin website yet insists on calling it an intense. very odd.

    WTF? That’s a Marin…

He must know it’s a Marin under that custom paintjob, for he knows that the resprayed fork is a Fox Float.

    Anyone reported this?

I will only take £550 for the bike

Why start it at £250 then?

I’ve asked him the following question:

    “Isn’t this a re-sprayed, re-badged Marin?”

Hopefully that will act as a warning to any potential buyer.

doesn’t the ad owner have to add the question/reply onto the listing, it’s not put up automatcially is it?
(I’ve only bought not sold on ebay so dunno)

    EDIT: Doh, too slow!

& yeah I reported it earlier, no idea if eBay will actually do anything though.

Burls, as an ex-Marin Mount Vision owner (this type frame) I can only say there great frames, especially the last ’06 ones which weigh bugger all.
Maybe not totally suited to 120mm forks IMO but ride well and suspension system is very effective & efficient.

I don’t believe the buy it now price is majorly excessive, just that the advert title is misleading & the colour scheme a crime.

The colour is not the only thing that’s a crime.
