Given the number of people posting about Ariel frames with dodgy pivots, I was wondering if anyone else has a problem with the rear axle loosening on rough descents?

I’m using the 142×12 dropouts and a while ago I was was finding that the QR would sometimes become loose. I thought I’d solved the problem, but found at the Glentress 7 it had come loose after about 3 laps. Was checking it between each section on the descent each lap after that.

A mates one used to, quite regularly. He just does it up mega tight. Seems to be fine
