I like the reviews I n MBR MBUK as holiday entertainment pack my unread copy of ST then pick these up at the motorway services (on that matter why are the bike mags always under the porn?) 😆 reminds me of Being 14 and dreaming of a proflex or Zaskar.

Mike will be good to see new bikes from you saying that still fancy one of your BMX frames to make a fool of myself on with the kids!!

Yes George, Dialled Bikes is still going. Thanks for asking.

Life in general (and my other bike brand, FTB BMX) took precedence over Dialled Bikes for a while. It was also frustrating designing MTB frames when the industry seemed in a constant state of flux over wheel sizes, headset standards, number of gears, etc.

However, I recently moved to America and am beginning to dedicate a bit more time to Dialled Bikes again.

Life gets in the way like that sometimes 🙂

Cool, look forward to seeing them when they arrive.

I had a mk1 Bullit back in around 1999 or something. Had the same amount of travel as my current A160, weighed about twice as much as my A160, had a 40t chainring up front and the head angle was as steep as a modern day XC bike. Was it rubbish? Was it heck – it was a superb bike and I did silly things on it. Fast forward 15/16 years and would it still be brilliant? Doubt it. Can’t say that companies like Santa Cruz made a bike 16 years ago that you’ve recently ridden and it was rubbish.

I’m struggling to think of many bikes from mainstream brands that were absolute dogs at the time they were released. Even the Gary Fisher Cake and Kingfishers were given half decent reviews. I mean come on!
