I'm thinking of getting a new set of forks and am having trouble finding a spare crown race for my S3 headset. I've knocked off a crown race with a screwdriver before to fit a new headset, but if I'm careful can I knock off my current crown race and fit it to the new forks, or is it likely to deform?

If you're carefull getitng it off it'll be fine, or if you're not confident getting it off with it deforming, get someone with a crown race puller to do it for you.
