No beard. But I ride with a bmx, an inbred SS wit 2.5″ tires for fun and a fixie for commuting.

its the only i bike i have so yep still been riding SS

suspect it gets fewer new recruits given the reaction of peole but I also suspect those that do will do for the rest of their life.
I have geared bikes but SS for most of winter and odd rides in the summer

I’ve just realised that I’ve not ridden my geared MTB since July last year 😐
My forthcoming 29er is going to be SS too (and I can’t wait to ride in sandals again 😛 ).

Ok ok enough torture I confess…… I have only ridden SS cycles for the last 8 years and I’m hooked I carn’t give it up yes I’m a single speed niche haw……there that feels much better. I dont have a beard or sandals but I am some what different 😯

There’s so many who have discovered how much going single speed improves their pleasure riding, it’s become more mainstream, so it doesn’t get mentioned so much.
