Any architectural technicians interested in working for a small practice based just outside Chesterfield? Must be up to speed on AutoCAD and Sketchup. You’d be the only CAD user (the two partners hand draw everything). We do lots of barny type stuff as well as bigger jobs like industrial units, doctors surgerys, small to middling housing developments and so on.

You’d need transport as the office is in the middle of nowhere (S42 7DA)!!

Email me a CV to st4@hotmail.com and I’ll pass it on. Someone who can start two weeks ago would be great 🙂

Seems to be more jobs than applicants!

we’re looking for a number of technicians and there are very few applicants.

Civil3D and Revit is where it’s at though…

I’ve got myself a new job and my old boss has just realised that my last day is tomorrow and they haven’t got anyone lined up to sit in my chair!

My new place said they’d have a very poor response to their adds on indeed and elsewhere. I’ve noticed an increase in calls from agencies over the past twelve months as well. I agree Revit is vital for the larger practices (not ours though).
