broke the back glass on my phone , they changed it for free ,what a nice surprise

They are great so glade i have bitten the Apple

Taken my daughters Mac Book into the store with a problem and
guy noticed the cracked surface around the edges of the key board area
and they changed it FOC and the Mac Book is 6 years old.

I dropped my iPhone and broke the camera lens, The Apple store in Solihull just gave me a new handset, usually costs £140 for a replacement, but they gave it me free, top notch customer service

I shot my iMac into space, and Steve Jobs came round and defrosted the freezer.

I bought motion 4, it crashed every few minutes needing a ‘cold’ restart everytime. It did my head in. Apple store gave me a new head.

iphone 3gs, my 4 year old took it for a swim in our sink, phoned apple & told them the truth over the phone and they booked me a time to visit a apple repair store in Brum.

Nice lady took one look and said we will swap that free for you, even though the gtee had 2 months to go!

You get what you pay for – that’s what I say.

I’ve many apple products and like them all. I’d buy their underpants if they made them. 😆
