Now I’ve been using Apple music for a bit, I cannot see me paying for a subscription once the free trial has expired.
It does nothing more that free Spotify (I don’t mind an ad now and again).

Yeah but it’s Apple and right in front of your nose – so it’ll still probably dominate

Not sure how good it is though as I’ve not looked at switching yet.

Wouldn’t want to tie my music in to Apple personally. Though I still buy CDs and rip them to store on my NAS (which is now illegal again in the UK, but anyway). Maximum flexibility and no one is holding my music or access to it to ransom.

As for Spotify, if you’re an Apple user and pay premium Spotify, might want to check how you’re paying for it. http://thenextweb.com/apple/2015/07/11/ftc-mulls-investigation-into-apples-30-cut-of-streaming-music-subscriptions-on-app-store/

Oh aye forgot about that thread.

I activated the free family trial last night so my eldest has plenty of music to listen to on her way to Switzerland today.
