  • App to log gym sessions?

I’ve been Stravaing for years even though I’m now more of a runner than a biker.

And now that I’ve been collared into a Tough Mudder I’m spending more time in the gym to try to get some upper body strength. So was wondering if there’s an app that can be used to log visits to the gym. How many reps at which weight on which machine, how long on the rowey machine, number of push- or pull-ups, that kind of stuff.

    Anyone any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance.

Google Fit will do it. Also syncs with strava and automatically senses when walking and running, so means all activities in one place

I’ve tried various apps and still find a piece of paper and a pen better for the gym.

The best one I have used is called Strong. It’s not free, but it’s just a simple rep/load tracker.
