Anyone using new Magura MT4/6/8 brakes?

All the marketing/press release blurb looks great, and most people I've spoken to running older Maguras seem impressed, but is anyone running the new style, in particular the MT4?

I'd heard worrying stories about VERY indifferent service back up from Magura, are these true?

The service used to be awul but i believe they have a new UK guy handling the case so should be much better.
I'd like to hear some opinions on the new brakes too, they look and feel nice but thats as far as i have got... Jim

Hmm... don't want to be a beta tester but might have to take a chance, encouraging to hear about the UK backup.
