I have to say, it has 'unreasuring' written all over it.

I'm starting to get in the habit of googling the site and "review" before i order. I learnt this after googling "waterstones.com" and review after I'd ordered. Nothing dodgy about Waterstones' online service just totally out of step with anything you'd expect from an online seller, and nowhere near up to snuff.

Funny enough… I think that is where I bought my Jura from. It certainly came from Italy and was nice and cheap too 🙂 Took a wee while to arrive but everything has been fine. Came with a Euro plug on it with an adapter mind.

did you pay in GBP or Euro's? There seem to be a few complaints about being charged Euros and incurring a transaction fee.
