Yep, claimed with BC and was represented by Leigh Day in 2004 and they were brilliant.

the motorist actually blamed me (witness statements and what not), Leigh Day negotiated split liability, which was good.

I had a good experience with them to. I had helmet cam footage which helped, but they sorted everything out.
