Does anyone have any experience of Shimano MT34 spd shoes?
I’m after a pair of clipless shoes for general xc riding and commuting, liking the look of the MT34 ‘trainers’ but a bit worried they’d e too flexible.

I’ve got a pair of older ones – I think they were mt34’s although perhaps not. They are about 7 or so years old now.

But, they are fine for general riding. Probably not as stiff as my mtb disco slippers, but a good balance between walking/riding. Not noticed much flex when riding.

I’m not going to be racing or riding all day epics where every watt counts, so not fussed about disco shoes.
