Anyone using mini or c2 rotors? How deep is the braking surface? I’ve got some 5 bolt Hope hubs that I want to put on the wife’s bike which runs Avid Juicy 5s.

Can’t use my old rotors as they’re for E4 brakes and the braking surface isn’t deep enough.

where did the extra “O” come from? I meant mini.

An old 2 part mini caliper pad is 22 mm deep. the mono mini 15 mm (ish)

I run them on brakes with 13 mm wide braking tracks – you lose a mm or so off the top and the rest just runs onto the spokes of the disc

I’ve got spare 165 rotors with the 13 mm track but as I run 205 up front, I’ll have to buy a new disc so I might as well try and get the best one for the job. The Avids appear to need a 16mm track.
