    My wife is looking to buy me a training session as a present. I mostly ride at Swinley so their courses caught my eye.

    Anyone have any experience (good or bad) of their training?

    Anyone recommend anything about an hour or so from West London?

    I'd like to learn some of the basic skills – manuals, hops etc – stuff to help with riding singletrack.
