I have had Atomic DT and Stretch – both superb jackets for the money. Well cut (slim), long arms, good hoods, good fabric and last ok, considering the light weight.

Got one but think it would have been better with pit zips it can get quite warm.
    Works well though.
I am a skinny 6′ and went for the large as they do not have a whale tail.

Is there much difference between the DT and the Stretch?
How did you find the sizing? I did consider the Gore Alp X AS but bit too expensive considering the Montane is half the price

Just looked at the Merlin deal .
I think mine was £135 and that was a good deal so at £90 it’s a no brainer

    Thanks for the info fellas,
How did you find the waterproofness?

Agree with jonesie about them being warm, but decent otherwise. Sizing is average I’d say but they are quite short. Got mine a couple of years ago in Tiso’s sale for £70 so it might be worth a little look around before biting the bullet (still worth it at 90 though).

As warpcow has mentioned bit on the small side but fine with the waterproofing
