Of there with them in September, wondering should I take my HT, which I really like riding, or my FS which I tolerate….

I went with them about 4 years ago. It’s all doable on a HT, I’d prefer a FS for their type of stuff but if you really like riding your HT take that. They’re great, I keep meaning to go again but just haven’t got round to it yet.

    Brilliant – thoroughly recommended.

Take the meaning of “traverse” with a pinch of salt! and watch out for those thorns.

i was there at the start of the year and would definitely take a FS for more enjoyment.

You will have a brilliant time.

It can all be done on a hardtail but you’d take a kicking on the (abundant) rocky and cobbly trails. A pedalable 5″-6″ FS bike is perfect (I take my Prophet when I go). Tubeless, or slime tubes also a good idea due to thorns.

Been out there 5 times now, you will have a great time.
