I just advertise on gumtree.

Store our stuff in a friend’s shop basement and go on holiday for a month. The rent we get covers it.

Got £3k last year, 2 bedroom place.

About to advertise it now. We try to get performers, someone who will be here for the whole time.

We rented a New Town flat to a theatre company, there was one small issue that needed attending to, so I went over to help. To my surprise and delight I was greeted by Sylvia Syms, a heroine from one of my all time favourite films, ‘Ice Cold in Alex’.

My parents used an agency the first year and now get the same people in every year directly.
