We are travelling out to the Alps for a week in a group of 20 and our bike club have offered to place money towards the insurance, i've tried insureandgo, dogtag and a few others, but some won't do a group that large and the few that do don't seem offer more than 10% discount.
Anyone got an recommendations or advice?

I always plump for Columbus Direct as they cover off-piste skiing.

I'd get your own insurance that covers your needs not some compromise group policy that might not suit you
I need to organise it as a group as it is being paid for by our club.
You have to do whatever is required to ensure each person has adequate cover...I would never go mtbing in the Alps with a group cover, I would want my own policy to be sure that i had the cover required. It is not that dear and leaves no room for error.
Papa L - i and most of my friends use Dogtag, so far we have had little need to claim but I have talked to several people that have and the feedback has been good. Why would you not recommend them, I ask as I want the most reliable insurance when I go and your feedback will inform my decision.

I have spoken to Dogtag, you get the exact same cover, but they just knock off 10% for a group this size.
Didn't think that 10% was a great deal though bearing in mind the size of the group.
i'm surprised you can insure a group with anyone. if one person has a pre-existing condition they will want to know about it and will charge you more on top. get individual, it's not that expensive and less hassle for the organiser.
