We fell for one of the special offers and switched to them. When we did the phone number check it all came up as the price on the offer and so forth. The OH was putting it all though and didn’t realise that the pice had changed later on in the process and 3 months down the line checked the bill and got a surprise as we are paying a £5 a month more. Not a huge amount but £60 a year and annoying as you feel like you have been duped into going with someone you may not have done.
