How’s that working out? Tell me a story…

Interested if you’ve also moved from OSX to windows, or even LR on OSX, and also your reasons to move.

Considering LR in advance of Aperture being discontinued… I have to say though, there’s little that bothers me about Aperture.

If you’re happy using Aperture then stick with it.

Although they are “discontinuing” it they’re just not releasing any new versions, the current version will continue to work – was told this by the local Apple store. Works fine on Yosemite at the moment.

Use Aperture myself and I’m sticking with it.

If you’re happy with Aperture, stick with it. I switched because 1. Aperture was slow to provide RAW support for my camera. 2. LR has better functionality in some respects eg hgihlight and shadow recovery. 3. There is more tutorial material for LR so easier to learn how to use it

I am a Mac use btw.
