I’m in the huff with the puffer. So a few of are staging a group 10hr ride on the same date. Roll on the Huffer.

Not sure Nobeer, training was going well until just before new year and I started to get bother again. Really annoying. I think it’s a muscle balance type thing which impacts the knee cap, I thought I’d managed to sort it but it seems not. Hopefully someone wants the entry. So it’s running, gym work, yoga and short-ish bike rides for me for a bit.
