I’ve been roped into the puffer last minute and live in Sheffield. I’ll not be allowed to take work’s van all that way so was wondering if anyone is going from somewhere in northern England on Friday afternoon and heading back on Sunday afternoon to share a lift (and obviously fuel money) with?

Looks like it’ll be a fun drive in all that snow!

I’ll be heading up on the Sleeper on Wed night and coming back on Mon night to support a mate, but then I’ll also be spending some time at home up there.

He’s out at a meeting all day today but can ask him after the weekend if him and his team could squeeze you in. He’s heading up from Nottingham/Loughborough so you may need to travel down the M1 a little bit as I think he’ll be heading across the A50 to pick up the M6.
