Got some new DT wheels which are centrelock only. Wanted to use my existing 6 bolt avid rotors, so bought some rather natty red KCNC adaptors to convert because the said compatible with DT and Shimano hubs. It seems that they are anything but compatible unless I am doing something wrong. The threaded part on the locking ring would appear to be way too long and they bottom out in the threaded part of the hub before they clamp down on the adaptor / rotor assembly. And not by a small amount they are way too long. Anyone else had this issue ? I could send them back but as they are quite soft alloy then when trying to clamp them up they are marked, so doubtful they’d take me back now. Not sure whether to have the lock rings machined down or just give up cut my losses an buy some dt ones. Annoying though as they said dt compatible
