Due to recent bike theft I'm thinking about bike storage solutions as keeping them in the flat ain't working and its pissing msjimmy off (and me). Secure bike storage is supposed to be being built in the communal garage, but I'm not holding my breath. However, there's loads of spare parking spaces so I'm thinking of buying a trailer or old van for scrap and parking it down there to keep the bikes in.

Before I do, just wondered if anyone has such a trailer (must be a lockable box trailer) or van which could be mutually stored & used? Or anything similar. Was on the verge of buying a secure bike storage unit but because secure storage should be built, I don't wanna waste the money.

Put everything you want to keep from being stolen in a box on wheels with a hitch……….interesting concept.
