I’ve got the IS mount geometry but could do with a model of a caliper for clearance checking. Anyone got one I could er borrow?

    Cheers

Grabcad has the hayes caliper and a range of rotors. I could not find a shimano caliper cad file anywhere… So used the CMM at work to digitise the latest generation xt and deore calipers (virtually identical) . Happy to send step or iges file when I get back to the office (won’t be till mid week) if you get stuck.

Frustratingly the Hayes on Grabcad is 68mm ctrs (i’d already downloaded it) I’ve been through all the usual suspects (3dcontentcentral etc) and I’ve only found graphx bllx (3ds max etc) so if you do have something decent Don it’d be much appreciated.

Might have a digital scan of an avid caliper stashed away somewhere. Will check in the morning.

I have some shimano 3Ds that I’ve converted into 2D DWG files, PM me if you want to have a look at that.
