I'm flying continental on Monday and just found out that you only don't pay for the bike if it's under 62 linear inches in size. I've just about got there, but had to take the swingarm off.

I've flown with them before with the bag and it was fine, but is this a new rule? I didn't pay before. Is it worth me turning up early and just winging it with the bag full size and then getting it smaller if I can?

On a totally different subject…..

You were asking last week about a decent tandem for £500 ish. We have a Cannondale that was going to go on the classifieds next month. If you are interested then I can email across some details.

I notice you are flying today and we also go away middle of next week (so may be a long time before we get in contact!)
