Got an email saying my payment had been received, Though i have not made any orders, and their website has crashed / phones are engaged so was wondering if I wasn't the only one!

phone your bank and see if there's a payment gone?
also, I'd run a virus check if you followed a link on an email 'just in case'.

Just got one as well - was for Feb 2009?? See post above. Nowt out my account. Think it is phishing - I would report it as spam and def virus check. Could be a trojan

Odd, I have ordered from them last Friday but already had a payment received email on Friday, but also got another one this morning, can't open anything on it though, the link doesn't seem to work.

The website says this now:

Just got an email from them,
"Hi,
Apologies to anyone who has just received an email thanking them for their
payment. This email was sent in error to all our customers and not just
