    Got an email saying my payment had been received, Though i have not made any orders, and their website has crashed / phones are engaged so was wondering if I wasn’t the only one!

    phone your bank and see if there’s a payment gone?

    also, I’d run a virus check if you followed a link on an email ‘just in case’.

    Just got one as well – was for Feb 2009?? See post above. Nowt out my account. Think it is phishing – I would report it as spam and def virus check. Could be a trojan

    Odd, I have ordered from them last Friday but already had a payment received email on Friday, but also got another one this morning, can’t open anything on it though, the link doesn’t seem to work. 😕

    Same here – “Date Ordered: Monday 01 February, 2010”
    No paymenys gone out of my accounts from what I can tell so far.

    The website says this now:

    We have just mistakenly sent out approx 6000 emails in error to customers. if you have just received an email from us about payment received please ignore this template email sent to everyone, If you would like to speak to a member of staff please ring on 028 9127 0288 or email sales@onyourbike.co.uk, apologies about any inconvenience caused

    Just got an email from them,

    “Hi,
    Apologies to anyone who has just received an email thanking them for their
    payment. This email was sent in error to all our customers and not just
    todays customers who should have received it.

    We apologise for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused
