    Trying to spend some money but I get an error. Looking here shows others might be having similar issues: http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/paypal.com.html

    It says The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties.

    Is this happening for everyone?

    I had issues trying to send a paypal gift yesterday to another STW user. Worked when I sent it as a normal paypal transfer though.
