Mine aren’t on top form – been quoted £90 to replace bottom FCR unit and possible further £90 if top unit needs replacing.

I can’t even find diferent units – there’s just one piston unit but which presumably has the FCR gubbins inside – anyone taken that apart – if so how?

Nice forks when they’re working but just not reliable enough – gone to Revs now…

Yeap a strip and service is pretty straight forward.
most models have the same design of internals just different oil levels.
theres some average but usable instructions on line.

OK – cheers for that. I’ve got those instructions but they don’t really help with the Thors air side – I think i need to check the FCR cartridges but can’t see how to get at them. Have you actually taken them apart?
