Anyone caught Veep (Political Satire) on TV yet?

Written and directed by Chris Addison ( Mock the Week, amongst other comedy appearances )

Just wondering, I follow him on Twitter and it seems to be a “thing to watch” but haven’t found it in the listings yet..

    Anyone?

Watched 3 or 4 seasons on Sky. It’s brilliant, The Thick of It set in the White House.

All good fun, as above Chris was in the thick of it. Good fun

He directed nine episodes, I am not sure he wrote any, the writing team evolved from the Thick of it. The Director’s role is shared abit, Chris Morris directed some of the first series. Armando Iannucci is the brains behind it.

It’s okay, nowhere near as good The Thick Of It.

First 2 seasons are a bit patchy, but the 3rd season was great. Not seen s4 yet. If you don’t go into it expecting The Thick Of It then you’ll be happy, it’s got a similar concept but it’s definitely not as good!
