    Very seriously considering buying a really small studio-1bed apt in the French alps,
    However I’ll need to rent it out to holiday people to make it worthwhile finically. As I’ll be out of country all the time I’ll need a company to look after it but nobody seems interested in small places and running it myself would cost a fortune with all the linen charges etc.
    So I’m thinking I need somebody like first choice to take it on.
    Anybody got any experience of doing anything like this?

    not going to be worth the hassle or costs friends have a decent sized austrian chalet and do the same and it costs them to run it..
