I did mine at the weekend which sorted it out nicely. But was curious to note that the instructions said the post bleed screw should be flat-ended and seal with an O-ring (whereas lever screw is pointed) whereas both my screws were pointy.

Design change or wrong screw fitted from start? (which might explain why it needed a bleed so quickly).

I did a silver collared one the other day and they were definitely both different. Not done my black collar one yet.

Yep bleed two over the weekend, both 2015, the post screw has a flat head and an O Ring, the lever has a pointed screw, similar to a grub screw, no O Ring.

Many thanks. I think this probably explains why the fastest return speed has always been slow and it needed a bleed so quickly.
