  • Any welfare officers with a sports club it there?

    I’ve been asked if I’d be the welfare officer for a new BMX club, reading up on it there seems to be a bit involved, I’m still interested 🙂 Has anyone out there out any experience of this type of role? Any tips you could share, or things I should be aware of before I take the plunge?
