worcester 20/25 on lock out. Got oil to the filter outside, have loosened the bleed bolt, no air bubbles but very slow oil. How much oil should I expect to see coming through this bleed hole? Thanks.

Don’t bleed while the pump is running. The oil pump runs at 130psi and will spray oil everywhere. Only a small amount of oil will drip from the bleed port. At what point does the burner lock out? Does the motor run?
The burner runs in a sequence starting with motor running….solonoid coil lifting and ignition……establish flame…..photo cell recognising flame and stopping ignition. What bit are you getting to?

pump not on will only be small amount of oil if you are bleeding at the pump outlet. If you have oil but no ignition then electrodes probably or control box. If no oil then solonoid coil probably.
