Not Memory Map - it runs on iPhones or Windows Mobile 6.5 "smart"phones. The Android thread on their wishlist forum is currently running at 14 pages long and still no product.

Maverick does that (go for the Pro version - it caches OS maps to the SD card while the lite version needs a connection)
My Tracks should also do it but I can't get it to read converted gpx files - others may be less dense.
