I’m looking for a 4 camera system as I’m in a semi detached so want to cover the front, on main road so get idiots all the time screaming late at night, side where my car is parked rear yard area and a small ” ginnell ” ( northern term for alley ) to the rear of my shed which leads to next door.

Next door is empty ATM so we keep getting kids doing stuff behind the shed in the alley.

I would ideally like a system with a separate monitor so I can still watch TV but I’ve no idea of costs of these things.

    Can anyone suggest anything ?

    Cheers

Simple 4 cam DVR will suffice, you don’t actually need a seperate monitor if your TV will accept a PC output as you could hardwire it in. I use the guys above, seem about the best on price if it’s a basic DIY install.

Remember if you put cameras up it’s going to give the impression you have something to protect… and if you’ve got oiks around it’s a bit of a target for them to smash up.
