some 2nd had car places do 0% too which would be my choice. I think it’s my local Hyundai dealer doing it (lots of non hyundais on the forecourt)

Vauxhall offer a lifetime warranty (where lifetime is up to 100,000 miles).

I used drive the deal dot com, but as a cash buyer so I don’t know about finance. I’d suggest they are worth a look.
