as per title really - not too fussy on taste - just the most amount for least money - doesnt have to be branded (or cycle specific)...just something to give me a good hit on 3 hour rides...

I've used lots of gels over the years. I found most of them give me a sore stomach. I tend to only use Torq, because they taste good and they work, also they are easy one the stomach.
