I know the Joplin has had it’s issues, but the Joplin 4 is now out (never tried it) CRC special offer here

Got a Giant contact switch with remote for £150… seems good so far. Came from Roe Valley – now showing as £160 and out of stock.

I’ll be selling a Joplin 3 in the next few days (different bike now, doesn’t fit), comes with both a 30.9 and 31.6 (fitted) sleeve and a remote (fitted) and lever.
Thinking £90 delivered, mail in profile if interested

Don’t see the point of the lever adjust ones. Get a remote one, or don’t bother, IMO.

According to the Giant website, their seatpost only weighs 205grams. That’s got to be a typo surely?

Moose Cycles do a bit of a discount on some of them, including the KS posts.

The giant one looks familiar, is it ripped off from somewhere?

I never seem to hear of deals on Gravity dropper posts, why is that?

why are these things so damn expensive? Honestly? people must have made some themselves. Admittedly they will be crap, but £250 for what is essentially the thing which goes under your office chair seems extortionate

Or 160 as above including remote, cable, a hydraulic system, etc etc etc….

How would warranty be handled on a dropper post bought from Germany (eg bike-components.de)? Would it need to go back to the german shop first?

think of it as half a pair of forks with a list price of £700?

    a) some forks are a lot less than that
    b) it’s a lot less than half the fork, no steerer etc ?
